I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced experience in telemedicine, men’s health, metabolic health, weight loss, and functional medicine. Across thousands of patient encounters, one truth became unavoidable:
Identity‑motion determines outcomes.
Patients don’t fail because they lack information.
They fail because their identity collapses, fragments, or loses coherence.
This insight led to the creation of the Udabor Canon — a unified identity‑motion system designed to restore coherence, reduce collapse, and elevate human flourishing across clinical, organizational, and community environments.
I am currently navigating an unexpected employment transition. Grant support will allow me to continue developing the Canon, build identity‑motion diagnostics, and pilot Canon‑based interventions that improve human flourishing at scale.
I did not set out to build a system.
I set out to understand why people collapse.
As a family nurse practitioner, I cared for patients across primary care, telemedicine, men’s health, metabolic health, weight loss, and functional medicine. Different backgrounds, different diagnoses, different stories — but the same pattern kept appearing.
People weren’t failing because they lacked information.
They were failing because their identity‑motion was breaking.
I watched patients collapse even when they had the right plan.
I watched others restore even when circumstances were against them.
I watched some elevate with almost no support.
And I watched some remain stuck despite every intervention.
Identity wasn’t static.
Identity was moving — and when that motion broke, everything broke with it.
That realization changed everything.
I began mapping collapse patterns.
I began tracing restoration trajectories.
I began studying coherence, entropy, and motion fields.
I began seeing identity as a measurable system rather than a personal trait.
What emerged was not a theory.
It was a discipline.
The Udabor Canon is the result of that work—a unified identity‑motion system designed to restore coherence, reduce collapse, and elevate human flourishing across clinical, organizational, and community environments.
I built the Canon because people deserve more than advice.
They deserve a system that understands how identity actually moves — and how it can be restored.
